The firm conducts human resource audit, operational audit, legal compliance audit, information system audit and special audits (as may be required by the Client); and provides Human Resource Management/development solutions such as Talent Management, Compilation of Human Resources Manuals and others that may be required by clients.
2. Industrial Relations
In this category of services, we advise on Labour Laws, Industrial Relations in general; and negotiation strategies and skills; employee pay; pension, other terminal benefits and related issues.
3. Job Analysis and Evaluation
The firm undertakes Job Analysis the output of which are Job Specifications, Job descriptions, Salary Structuring and Grading, Schemes of Service and such other schemes that facilitate crystalisation of job values, career progression and equity remuneration; Performance Appraisal Systems.
Of particular importance is Job Evaluation in which we develop and implement clients’ business strategy to ensure that organizations relate payments of their employees with the work they do. This entails advocacy on the use of a fit job evaluation system which is linked to business drivers such as good industrial relations, productivity and Hr measures (measurables). The firm advocates the use of the internationally accepted Social Economic Approach to Management (SEAM) to ensure that businesses identify their hidden costs, dysfunctions and potential gains in their operations. It also advocates the use of the internationally accepted Paterson derived job evaluation system in organizations. MAC offers on job training to its Clients on various Job evaluation systems with emphasis on the Paterson derived job evaluation systems.
