AURELIAN PIRMIN MHANJE
Aurelian is an Associate consultant who holds a Masters's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management. He has intensive 10 years of experience in human resources management related functions in the Agriculture, Manufacturing, Civil construction, Transport and logistics sectors; playing a key role in resolving industrial relations related disputes in various organizations. Aurelian gained extensive human resources experience while with the Routefinder Human Capital as a Managing Partner; training Board Members, Management Teams and Workers on various aspects of human resources management.
Before joining Man-Audit Cycles Associates Aurelian carried out various projects including Training Mkulazi Holding Company Board on Paterson derived Job evaluation system, Chairing disciplinary committee at Shambani graduates’ enterprises, Shambani Milk Limited, Motown Eatery Limited and providing awareness training on Paterson derived job evaluation system for Mkulazi Holding Company Limited employees. He has also worked with BMC Financial Services Limited and Gold Rhino General supply in developing HR Policies, to mention but a few.He is now serving as a Board member at Mgulasi Secondary School and Carmel Secondary school both located in Morogoro.
He heads the Training and Development Division.

Dr. JOSEPH RWEGALURA KAKENENO
Joseph is an Associate Consultant who holds a PhD in Business and Decision Analytics obtained at the University College, Dublin, Ireland in 2013. He also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) obtained at the University of Dar-es-Salaam 2004 after obtaining a B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering ) degree in 1989 at the same University.
Joseph has had extensive professional training in Industrial Engineering, Management Services, Quality Management, Engineering Economy studies, Business Process Mapping and Developmental and Negotiation Processess. He has over a period of time conducted various courses such Operations Management, Production Mnagement, Supervisory Mnagement, Safety and Ouality Management courses, Organizational Design and Structuring, Strutegic Planning, Enterpreneurship and Project Planning and Management.
His working life begun in the Ministry of National Education between 1984 and 1985 where he worked as a Secondary School teacher teaching Physics , Chemistry and Mathmatics. He then worked for the National Institute of Productivity (NIP) between 1989 and 1993 as a Management Analyst before joining the Tanzania Ports Authority in 1993. He has held various positions rising from the position of Productivity and Performance Officer, Senior and Principal Management Systems Officer to the position of Director of Management Services, the position he served between 2011 and 2016. He last worked as a Principal of Bandari College between 2016 and 2020 when he retired on reaching the compulsory age of retirement.
Joseph is a member of professional bodies such as the Institute of Management Services, UK, and the Institute For Operational Research and Management Sciencies. He is recognized by the Motion Time Medhod Association UK and has been a founder member and first Secretary General of Operational Research Society of Eastern Africa (ORSEA). He was an Executive Chairman of the Productivity and Development Trust (PDT) and a Chairman of Operations Research Africa Working Group (AWG) of the Federation of Africa operations Research Societies (AFROS).
Joseph has made various researches and made a number of publications. He has also offered various consultancy services to several organizations before joining the Man-audit Cycles as a specialist in various areas of consultancy. He currently leads the Social Economic Approach to Management Division.

JAPHES LWEYEMAMU MAKUBO
Japhes is an Associate Consultant who on completing his basic Secondary Education in 1971 was immediately employed by the then East African Harbours Corporation as an Assistant Organization and Methods Officer. He was identified to have special talents in organizational design and trained by the National Institute of Productivity (NIP) in 1973. He then was selected and underwent further special training in Organization and Methods study at Cranfield Institute of Technology -Bedford -UK in 1974. On his return from UK, he underwent further studies at NIP and Eastern and Southern Management Institute in various short courses between 1974 and 1990. His training was in Management Services and Analysis with a keen specialization in operational research. He combined work and study and consequently went for additional training in management services at Harry Mitchel College -Beeston Nottingham -UK in 1993. As a management specialist, he also studied Performance Management reward systems at Modern Management Institute Nairobi Kenya in 2005 and port activities outsourcing studies at Antwerp Belgium and Rotterdam Holland.
Japhes consistently worked for the then East African Harbours Corporation and remained employed between 2007 and 2012 by the newly established Tanzania Ports Authority in the position of Senior Management Analyst. He has vast experience in identifying organizational dysfunctions caused by various reasons including poor work design and mal-functioning reporting relationships.
Since his retirement in 2012, he has been consulted on issues relating to work systems and procedures in areas of organizational development and design, office services, space layouts, forms design and records handling systems.
Before joining Man-Audit Cycles Associates Japhes working together with David, were instrumental in designing organograms in some organizations where consultancy assignments were curried out.
Japhes heads the Management In Training (MITs) Programme Division.
